The University of San Francisco is a private, Jesuit university in San Franciso, California. USF’s nickname is “the Hilltop” as it is located at the peak of one of San Francisco’s major hills. Their athletic teams are known as the San Francisco Dons and their 1951 football team is widely regarded as one of the greatest teams in college football history.
